Set up your Farmstand in 8 simple steps
A short guide a busy farmer can read in a few minutes. Every step points to the same interface you'll use day-to-day.
Create your account
If you received a setup link, open it to set a password and land right on your farmer dashboard. If you applied through the public form, we review each application and send a setup link to approved farms — public applications don't create an immediate account.

Enter your farm information & farming practices
Fill in your farm profile — story, location, product categories, fulfillment coverage — then answer the farming-practice questions. Save as you go; you can finish anything later before your products go live.

Complete your payout setup
Connect your bank account through Stripe. This is where your funds land, minus the 5% Farmstand fee (which excludes tax and shipping).

Add or approve your products & prices
Add product names, photos, units and prices. You set them. If we've prepared products for an invited farm, review and approve or edit them.

Set pickup, delivery or shipping coverage
Choose the fulfillment methods you offer, delivery radius or shipping regions, and any pickup windows.

Review and manage incoming orders
New orders appear on your dashboard. Mark them as preparing, shipped or ready for pickup. Customers are notified automatically.

Update availability & farm information
Turn availability on or off, hide products when they're out of season, update your farming practices, and refresh your farm story any time.
